AQSIQ certificate renewal in 2014 ~and 2015

China AQSIQ department is very serious for AQSIQ certificate renewal in 2014, i believe in 2015 they will obey the standard as 2014. Here AQSIQ certificate means the license for exporting waste scrap to China, AQSIQ renewal means suppliers should renew their license before its expired.

Now i will explain AQSIQ certificate renewal in detailed:

NO1: The most important is ,we have to renew AQSIQ in 6 months in advance. For example, if the license’s validity is 2014/12/31, suppliers should start renew AQSIQ license in 2014/06/31.

NO2: Before renew your license, you should make sure that all your AQSIQ information is unchanged. It means your company’s name, company’s address ~and legal person’s name on the certificate is unchanged.Otherwise, you should apply AQSIQ information change before renewal

NO3: Make sure that you have user name ~and password on AQSIQ electronic system for renewal application. If you do not have it,we will help you get this information first.

NO4:Prepare color scan of CCIC certificates. For example, scrap kinds on your AQSIQ license in waste plastic ~and metal scrap,your company need to provide at least one for each kinds in each year.

Attention: If you have scrap kind of waste plastic on your AQSIQ license, but actually you never export plastic to China, please make sure let us know, we will prepare documents for this situation.

NO5: Take your business ~and tax registration documents to be notarized in Chinese embassy ~and mail the original one to us. ( Your notarized documents have to show company’s name. Company’s address ~and legal person’s name )

NO6: Photos of your office. Please take as more as you can, ~and we will pick some for AQSIQ renew using.

NO7: We also need color scan of your legal person’s ID ~or passport
